Magdalena Grabarczyk-Bródka
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Gdańsk University, major: political science and rehabilitation. I have been mediator of the Polish Centre of Mediation in Warsaw since 2003. For years I have been professionally bound to non-governmental organizations, and from 1998 to the Gdansk guides environment promoting Gdańsk as a cultural centre. I have contributed to creation of Sopot's department of the Polish Centre of Mediation in 2003. During Poland’s arrangements to join the European structures, I participated actively in promotion of the idea of community and I organised a number of vernissages and meetings related to the exchange of artistic media.
My motto
The most important is not „to have to”.
My dream
I wish that the 3rd sector in Poland was strong and that the organizations that take over self-governments tasks would cooperate for the civil society.
Privately
Mariusz's wife, a great lover of the charming kitties Kazia and Rajtuz.
Agnieszka Brzezińska
I began my adventure with non-governmental organizations in 2004. However, my dream was to establish my own foundation and it finally came true last year in July.
I believe that thanks to every person involved in the Foundation's activities, we shall manage to carry trough a couple of interesting projects contributing to the world we live in with something new and valuable.
Professionally, I am an independent adviser and a consultant working at advertising and social campaigns. I graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Gdańsk University. I am a political scientist by education and a marketing specialist by avocation. I keep developing my knowledge of social marketing because I am convinced that together with motivation and the value of social organizations, my knowledge and experience with commercial marketing might change a lot inside us and inside our environment. Thus I try to promote the idea of socially responsible business. I hope to be able to introduce a couple of effective solutions to our business market. I hope that some ethical behavior would not only constitute a trendy decoration but also give entrepreneurs a chance for mutual honesty in bussiness-to client relations.
My motto
One should make a carbon copy of their life to prove their existence in case of disappearance.
Privately
Mother of Marianna and Daniel, a great lover of good literature and aimless journeys.
