This year from 7th to 9th September Norwegian Institute for Children's Books in Oslo prepared lectures in which FISO, together with and 5 volunteers, had an opportunity to participate.

Within the project “Promotion of Norwegian children's literature in Poland” we have distributed among public libraries and organizations responsible for children’s education two exemplary copies (2000 pieces each) free of charge: Do you think daddy cries? by Hilde Ringen Kommedal, Heaven behind the house by Gaute Heivoll.

To render children to readers - Polish and Norwegian picture book, there are successive meetings with literature within lasting project of the Foundation of Initiatives Socially Responsible entitled „ Promotion of the Norwegian children's literature in Poland ”. 27th March 2009, from 10.00 to 16.00, at the Philological– Historical Department of the University of Gdansk takes place the conference with the participation of specialists from Norway and Poland.

On the website of The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage occurred the first progress reports describing the implementation of projects inclusive period of October 2008 - February 2009.
